We completely treat the exterior of your home. We trench and treat soil with a liquid foam. We inject or drench expansion joints. This is a very effective control for the exterior portion of your treatment.
They trench the soil, and either skip the expansion joints or drill your concrete patios and garage. Hoping they get thorough coverage. Drilling and injecting holes in concrete is not an effective method. We learned this decades ago. It also causes permanent damage to your home

We inspect with Infrared thermal imagers. We can locate where termites are and where they have been. We can precisely direct inject all termite activity, both past and present. We also monitor our treatments with our thermal imagers to be sure we thoroughly treat the termite infestations. All of this is done in a non invasive and non destructive manner.
They are still just inspecting with a flashlight. and guessing where the termites might be. THey spot treat walls voids and hope it kills the termites. They will almost always miss many areas of termite activity, and have no way to monitor the treatments they perform. This type of treatment can be very invasive. They might pull carpet and drill holes inside your home leaving more holes for future problems.

To determine if we really killed the termites. We use Microwave detection. MIcrowave detection is a very accurate way to know if live termites are inside a wall. It can scan through almost and building material. We know and so will you if even one live termite in is the wall. NO MORE GUESSING.
They have no way of knowing where the termites are, and if they are dead. The old thinking that if you can not visibly see termites does not cut it. We see live termites after many other companies jobs when everyone thought the home was termite free.
